Die Unterkunft kann mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Das Gebäude liegt mitten in der Innenstadt unmittelbar neben dem "Domparkplatz", sprich, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit um die Ecke (gebührenpflichtig unter der Woche bis 16.30 Uhr und Samstags bis 12 Uhr). Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe (Wochenticket EUR 28,-), oder einen Parkplatz in der "Grünen Zone" (EUR 3,- pro Tag), 280 m entfernt.
Auch öffentlich ist die Unterkunft sehr gut erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist nur 700 m von der Unterkunft entfernt, zu Fuß benötigt man knapp 10 Minuten, Taxis und Busse sind auch verfügbar (bei schwerem Gepäck).
Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, zahlreiche Geschäfte, Gastronomie, Ärzte, das Krankenhaus, die Fachhochschule in der Innenstadt etc. sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen.
